The Lodge rooms have magnificent views over the vineyards, the surrounding mountains and the golf course. There are 30 units varying in size. The self-catering units are fully equipped for 2 - 4 persons. Ground floor units lead out onto the garden / pool area and the first floor units have balconies with incredible views. All rooms have TV, telephone, aircon and tea/coffee facilities. All units are serviced daily and room service is available from the restaurant. Residential Development The Estate consists of 80 residential units along the first fairway. The design concept is village-style living, double-storey houses built in clusters, with great care taken with regard to internal design and privacy, while ensuring the best views possible. Devonvale Estate offers a tranquil, charming, secure and stylish lifestyle. The houses in Phase 1 and 2 are a combination of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Internal design maximises space usage with the open-plan kitchen linking to living rooms and patios. Internal and external spaces have been designed as an integral unit and living areas extend out onto private gardens and courtyards. Phase 3 consists of free-standing three and four-bedroom units, generally larger in size. Twenty-four-hour security is in place and a natural boundry fence is planted. Homeowners will automatically be entitled to membership of the club, as entrance fees are included in the purchase price of the houses. Annual subscriptions and daily playing fees are however payable by all members. Conferencing Devonvale's spectacular conference venues are indeed the best venue choice for the discerning conference delegate. The Indaba Room with spectacular views over the golf course and mountains, is a spacious multipurpose venue for up to 220 delegates and it opens onto a beautiful patio area with seating, barbeque facilities. The room has it's own dance floor. The Parliament Room: a Private boardroom, can be used as a breakaway room or an alternative boardroom for your executives, away from the hustle and the bustle of the city. The Blumberg Room: An ideal venue for seminars up to 100 persons (cinema style), and 60 persons (classroom).
