Before or after dinner chill out at Baraza, located right next door to the renowned Blues Restaurant. In Swahili Baraza means “meeting place” and this is a perfect name for this African style cocktail bar and eatery with great views. Its Zanzibar-inspired interior décor creates the right atmosphere for relaxing on comfortable couches or on the balcony overlooking the palm-fringed, buzzling strip of Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, while DJ´s spin ambient African-influenced chill out sounds. Sensational sunsets, excellent cocktails and tasty snacks add to the island feel. Baraza is opened daily from 12h00 till late - and is available for private parties and cocktail functions.
