You will feel at home in our comfortable, 4- bedroom guest house with all modern amenities and personalized service. Scrumptious warm and cold breakfasts are served on the sun deck or in the dining room.Jonkershuis is ideally situated to be used as a base to play at major golf courses and to explore all the important sites in the Winelands and Cape Town - and if you need a time out, take a dip in our saltwater (heated) swimming pool and relax on the inviting sundeck or in the comfortable guest lounge. English, Dutch, German & Afrikaans spoken.Jonkershuis Guesthouse offers you four comfortable, individually decorated en-suite bedrooms, all with Satellite TV, wireless internet, clock radio, alarm, safe, hairdryer, fridge and coffee-and-tea making facilities. There is also a family unit with two bedrooms, sharing bathroom, small lounge with Satellite TV, safe, basic kitchenette and private patio. The guest lounge also provides a computer with internet access, as well as fax/phone facilities or internet plugs for your laptop. For the more active guests, we can also provide mountain bikes or golf-equipment.At Jonkershuis we are passionate golfers and members of the Stellenbosch-, Devonvale and Atlantic Beach Golfclub. Still, there is 29 golf courses within an one-hour-radius and we are happy to advise you where to choose to play – and to arrange your tee-off times in advance. For beginners there is a special training facility near the Guesthouse and as we are in close contact with the head-pro Nigel Burch of Stellenbosch Golfclub, we will be happy to arrange a lesson or a playing lesson with him to sharpen your game. If you prefer to travel light, we also rent golf-equipment.The landscape, climate and incredible natural beauty allow for the game of golf to be enjoyed almost all year round.
